We are 4 partners, most of us featuring various academic degrees from different disciplines. Jointly with our clients, Change Champions develop and implement strategies, foster innovation, efficiency and motivation. We implement planned and unplanned change und devise new ways of doing things - because more of the same does not help indeed. This also means, that we are quite critical in regard to "classic" change management. An intervention with the Change Champions adds only a small fraction of cost to a change project, but can make a huge difference in achieving success levels and the integration of people.
One major approach of our work is to tailor trainings in order to develop your inhouse change champions. We train leaders and project managers with all they need to know about leadership, change management and the focus points of their respective strategies. We bring traditional german quality and european long-term success to our international clients.
Our frameworks, tools and instruments are world class. We are very experienced and believe, only those who have been subject to change initiatives themselves, who have experienced change, have been re-structured, had to lead change, only those can consult and counsel others in change matters.
We are lean, small, efficiency- and value-driven. At Change Champions, only experts on partner level consult clients, and usually partners also have several academic degrees in different disciplines. This way we can enhance our capabilities to consult a n d implement across the whole value chain in our core competences - to develop strategy, conceptualise it, build the process and implement the operations. We do not just construct change principles; we implement them.
